Nowdays more than eighty per cent of the judicial matters are related to criminal law because they are many behaviors we understand as usual that constitue crime. We may check some examples:

- To drive a vehicle after drinking two or three glasses of beer or wine may be enough to get an eight months and one day without the right to drive vehicles sentence or some months in prison in case of reiteration.

- To refuse blowing for the alcohol rate test may be enough to get some months in prison sentence.

- A fight may be enough tobe involved in several criminal matters as damages, threat, insults, and we may get a fine or even prison sentence.

- To cut the supplies (water and electricity) to the tenant is a little offence of coercion, because we are trying to force someone to leave the house rented.

- To receive money for a matter and keep it for other reasons may be considered a crime of missappropiation of funds

And we may add many other examples that may force us to go to court to avoid to be sentenced for comitting a crime.
